Code of Ethics

A guarantor for your safety and the quality in a mediation!

The ethics guidelines (in German) were developed with the decisive collaboration of mediators from the forum wirtschaftsmediation. We have committed ourselves to compliance. Therefore, the ethics guidelines (in German) give you a good overview of what you can expect from us in a mediation.

The guidelines define:

• Attitude and human image of the mediators
• Competences for taking over a mandate

Rules for a fair trial:

• Independence
• Impartiality
• Transparency
• Confidentiality
• Method and procedure
• Autonomy of the parties
• Rules for the conclusion in case of an agreement or termination
